02Is there a fee or an obligation to sell?
Your appraisal is complimentary. We explain our offer and the reasons behind it, then leave the decision with you. There is no obligation to sell.
03How is my item valued?
We consider the item's condition, brand, materials, model and current demand in the Japanese resale market. Any initial indication based on photographs is subject to an in-person inspection and authenticity confirmation.
04Can I arrange an appraisal at home?
Yes. We offer home and office visits in selected Metro Manila areas, including Makati, BGC, Ortigas, Pasay, Quezon City and Alabang. Please contact us to confirm availability for your location and preferred time.
05What should I bring to an appointment?
Bring the items you would like appraised and any available boxes, receipts, authenticity cards, certificates or service records. When arranging your appointment, our team will confirm any identification or other documentation needed for a purchase.
06When will I receive payment?
Once you accept the offer and the necessary checks are complete, we arrange payment with you. Same-day payment may be available. High-value transactions may require additional confirmation or a scheduled bank transfer.
